Page 26. Nations - New World Order agenda can only lead to the DEATH of your independence as a nation, the DEATH of your culture and history, and the DEATH of your children who are sent to fight and die for the sake of a Global Government, its Bavarian-Antarctican masters, and in turn their 'Draconian' allies who are just waiting with greedy claws to take hold of this planet once they have succeeded in getting us to kill each other off to the point where they can move right in and take over with little human resistance. REPORT FROM A JAPANESE TELEVISION CREW Norio Hayakawa is the head of the 'CIVILIAN INTELLIGENCE NETWORK' [P.O. Box 599., Gardena, CA 80248]. Mr. Hayakawa was one of several individuals, including a Japanese film crew from the NIPPON Television Network in Japan, who witnessed and video-taped "a flight maneuver of a brightly lit orange-yellowish light making extremely unorthodox flight patterns, including sudden acceleration, descension and ascension -- possibly exerting a force of multiple g's under extremely limited space and time -- and even zig-zag type movements, while on a field trip to an area just outside of 'Area 51' in Nevada on Wednesday, February 21, 1990" [there were approximately 25 to 28 individuals in the group who also witnessed the display]. His brother-in-law Itsuro Isokawa also photographed the object as it was in flight. With over 30 years of in-depth UFO investigative experience, Norio was instrumental in the subsequent production of a two-hour documentary program televised throughout Japan on March 24, 1990. The entire program dealt with Area 51 and also the crew's pursuit of an alleged biogenetics laboratory in New Mexico, that is, the DULCE facility. It is his contention that what could only be described as ".highly intelligent and deceptive 'ultradimensional entities' materializing in disguise as 'aliens', are collaborating with a secret 'world government' that is preparing barring unexpected circumstances - Branton ; to ingeniously 'stage' a contact-landing.to bring about a 'New World Order'." Note: This Alien-Bavarian collaboration is apparently feigning animosity with one another by pushing for global government so that the world can join together to "fight the aliens". As in Vietnam and Korea where the Socialist leaders of the United Nations Organization were playing both sides of the chessboard, any war waged by the "New World Order" against the Grays will no doubt be a no-win conflict that will only serve to reduce the population of the planet, which is after all part and parcel of the overall Draconian-Bavarian global agenda. Another possibility that has been suggested is that the Grays will be made out to be the good guys who need 'our' help to break free from the tall Reptiloids and their empire, which had conquered them in the past, or visa versa. Actually the collaboration between the Reptiloids and Grays has been undertaken with the full consent of both sides, and behind the scenes the collectivist Reptiloids, the Insectoids, the Grays and the Bavarian secret society lodges are all working together. Many scenarios are possible. however the important thing to remember is that ANY war waged against the Reptilian Grays which threatens the American Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights is merely playing into the hands of the aliens either way you look at it. International 'cooperation' in a common defense against an alien threat should be considered SO LONG AS the national sovereignty of individual nations. Of the five case reports cited by HRG, ` one patient discontinued AravaB and initiated 37 etanercept therapy, and reportedly weight remained stable after discontinuation of AravaB. The four other patients continued on AravaB treatment due to good clinical responses, and their weight stabilized after the initial self-limited reports of weight loss. Based on the above analysis, the post-marketing reports do not reflect any new signal or an increased frequency or severity of weight loss. Accordingly, the information in the prescribing information adequately warns of a potential for weight loss in association with the use of AravaB. * For the reasons stated above, post-marketing surveillance data do not represent a reliable comparison between a recently approved treatment such as Araav and the standard of care, methotrexate, used for the past 25-30 years and specifically approved for the treatment of RA in 1986. It is important to remember that concern regarding LFT elevations with methotrexate therapy remain; specific guidelines for monitoring treatment have facilitated broad utilization in RA without requiring liver biopsies prior to treatment initiation and at intervals thereafter.` 38 Familiarity with methotrexate therapy without requiring pre- and interim-treatment liver biopsies, has evolved over 16-25 years of clinical use, indicating that rheumatologists will carefully monitor DMARD therapies for active RA, recognizing they offer significant clinical benefits, but are nonetheless associated with significant potential risks. These treatments require detailed knowledge of the underlying autoimmune disease and careful monitoring of its therapy. As a conservative estimate, RA patients have at least 30-40 years of active disease, and will need more treatments than are currently available to remain physically active and able to engage in work and social activities they deem important. Arava, as well as other recently approved DMARDs, represents a significant addition to the therapeutic armamentarium. However, even if a patient had the best and most prolonged clinical response to each of these therapies as predicted by the clinical trials ; , used in a conservative, sequential fashion, they will not be sufficient in treating this lifelong debilitating disease with its associated co-morbidities.
Excluding US sales of Allegra since September, of Amaryl since October 2005 and 2004 ; Fourth-quarter net sales of other pharmaceutical products were down 6.6% at 2, 252 million. This fall was due partly to generics of DDAVP down 79.4% ; and Adava down 79.2% ; in the United States, and partly to price reductions in France. Full-year 2005 net sales of other pharmaceutical products were 1.1% down on prior year at 9, 061 million. 2 15. In January 2004, the CBP Commissioner initiated an interagency task force on pharmaceuticals, composed of representatives from CBP, FDA, DEA, ICE, and ONDCP as well as legal counsel from the Department of Justice. According to the Commissioner, the proposal to create the task force was prompted by "intense public debate and congressional scrutiny, which has.

HRG calls for the withdrawal of AravaB from the market given the availability of other therapies to treat RA. However, HRG does not objectively evaluate these alternatives relative to current medical knowledge and clinical practice. Some of the proposed alternatives are not viable for many patients. For example, HRG asserts that "rest and nutrition for acute attacks, " "exercise, " and "physiotherapy" are effective alternatives to AravaB. See Petition at 17. They are not alternatives to DMARDs, but provide only adjunct therapy. While exercise and rest are important additions to overall coordinated RA management and may help alleviate some symptoms, they are not the standard of care for treating active RA, because, above all, they do not prevent or slow progression of this disease. Surgery is also listed in the Petition as an alternative to Xrava . However, while surgery has a place as a reconstructive measure, it cannot be used to control disease activity. Even when indicated, it has its own attendant risks and is not an option for many arthritis patients due to their age, medical condition, or confounding factors associated with their disease.

These data were collected in support of oil and water explorations by the Geophysical Institute of Israel and by oil exploration companies during the past 30 yr. Line spacing on the Israel side of the rift valley is often ~5 km between the Sea of Galilee and Elat. Similar coverage on the Jordanian side is limited to the central and southern Dead Sea basin. The areal coverage and orientation of the seismic lines were limited by the presence of the international border in the middle of the Rift Valley. The Rift Valley from the Gulf of Aqaba Elat ; to about 90 km northward is occupied by three basins that become successively narrower and shallower to the north. They include the Aqaba Elat ; basin, which extends from the offshore, the newly discovered Timna Qa-Taba ; basin, which is offset en echelon from the Aqaba basin, and a string of basins, which we name the Gharandal basin. The basins are oriented diagonally to the axis of the Rift Valley, an arrangement similar to that in the Gulf of Aqaba BenAvraham et al., 1979 ; . Intermittent morphological expressions of an active fault Garfunkel et al., 1981 ; and a 1-km-wide fault zone identified in highresolution seismic profiles Shtivelman et al., 1998 ; are coincident with our fault locations based on gravity. Two-dimensional gravity modeling of the Timna basin indicates that it is 1300 m deep Fig. 2C ; . The next 150 km of Rift Valley to the north are occupied by a large negative gravity maximum of 132 mgal ; that represents the Dead Sea basin. The transition from the Gharandal basin to the Dead Sea basin is characterized by a gravity high, which corresponds to a topographic saddle between the northern and southern Aravs Araba ; Valley. Deformation in this area may be complicated by an east-westoriented fault, which intersects the valley from the west. The Dead Sea basin appears to be divided into segments 2030 km long, and seismic reflection profiles Frieslander et al., 1996; Gardosh et al., 1997; ten Brink and Ben-Avraham, 1989; Fig. 1 ; confirm the existence of diagonal cross-basinal normal and listric faults. The 6.5-km-deep Sedom-Deep well Fig. 1 ; did not reach the base of the basin fill Gardosh et al., 1997 ; and gravity models indicate a maximum of ~10 km of basin fill under the Lisan subbasin ten Brink et al., 1993 ; . The character of the plate boundary changes north of the Dead Sea. A shallow ~800 m deep ; asymmetric basin, which we name the Jericho basin, plunges westward Fig. 2A ; and terminates against a west-dipping strike-slip. Arava was withdrawn in clinical studies in 36% of patients due to different reasons intolerable side-effects, lack of efficiacy, unspecified reasons the incidence was not higher than observed in the methotrexate control group and fosamax.

X. Wang, K. A. Jensen and W. K. Chan. Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA. From the insect Sf9 cytosol, we isolated a -tubulin enriched fraction F5 ; which suppresses the Ah receptor Ah receptor nuclear translocator dioxin response element AhR Arnt DRE ; complex formation in a gel shift assay. The identity of tubulin in F5 was based on the N-terminus sequence MREIVHIQAGQCGN obtained from Edman degradation of a purified sample after 2D gel electrophoresis. Tubulin enriched from pig brain had a similar inhibition of the AhR gel shift complex, suggesting that -tubulin in F5 is likely responsible for the action. Using the TALON resin, -tubulin in F5 was co-precipitated with the baculovirus expressed 6His-Arnt, showing that -tubulin interacts with Arnt. This finding prompted us to examine whether -tubulin affects the hypoxia inducible factor-1 HIF-1 ; signaling which is also Arnt-dependent. Our hypothesis is that -tubulin may alter the HIF-1 Arnt interaction, leading to the suppression of the HIF-1 dependent target gene expression in cell lines. Gel shift data using baculovirus expressed HIF1 and Arnt showed that F5 suppressed the formation of the HIF-1 Arnt HRE complex in a manner similar to AhR. Subsequently we cloned the Sf9 -tubulin by RACE PCR using a Sf9 cDNA library and identified about 90% of its full-length sequence. From the sequence analysis, the amino acid sequence of Sf9 -tubulin shares 93% sequence identity with three human -tubulin proteins. Upon transient transfection of a plasmid containing a human -tubulin cDNA into MCF7 cells, the cobalt chloride-dependent upregulation of the HRE-driven luciferase activity was clearly suppressed in a dose-dependent manner. In conclusion, we have evidence that -tubulin inhibits the HIF-1 signaling in MCF7 cells and the mechanism may involve the interaction between Arnt and -tubulin. High artesian pressures in the Kurnub aquifer give rise to leakage into the overlying Judea Group beds and into the permeable Neogene and Quaternary alluvial strata. Water abstraction for irrigation has nearly doubled since 1980, in pace with the increase of the irrigated area during the same period, reaching now a high 40% of the arable land. ISRAEL-PALESTINE In the past few years, the use of potable water for agriculture has diminished substantially - from 900 million m3 in 1995 to an estimated 740 million m3 in 2001. At the same time, the average efficiency has been increased to 90% as compared to 64% for furrow irrigation by the wide scale adoption of low volume irrigation systems e.g. drip, micro-sprinklers ; and automation. As a result, the average requirement of water per unit of land area has decreased from 8, 700 cum ha in 1975 to the current application rate of 5, 500 cum ha. At the same time agricultural output has increased twelve fold, while total water consumption by the sector has remained almost constant. In the Negev, more suitable climatic conditions and cultivation of new citrus varieties have resulted in yields 50-100 percent higher than those in the north. Closely planted 'industrial' olive plantations irrigated by brackish water have achieved per-acre oil yields that are six times higher than in traditional rain-fed groves elsewhere in the country. Within the past two years the Negev Arava fish farmers, who began operations in 1996, have reached production of several hundred tons a year out of a national total of 32, 000 tons ; . Water saving has been the farmers' leitmotif since 1948. The country has eight major and several small to-medium-sized companies producing irrigation and filtration equipment, all internationally active. In no other field of agricultural technology has Israel so distinguished itself. ITALY According to the Italian National Census of 2000, irrigable areas amount to 3, 8887, 000 hectares, 29 % of the total arable land surface. Comparing this figure with the 1990 census shows that the situation has not changed at the national level. The actual irrigated area covers 2.5 million hectares 2, 698, 000 hectares for FAO in 2000 ; . Again, some significant differences are evident among regions of Italy: in the North of the country, approximately 1 3 of the agricultural areas are irrigated, while in the south this percentage decrease to values between 5 and 15%. Recent estimates indicate that approx. 20 km3 of water are withdrawn annually in Italy for irrigation: this represents nearly 2 3 of available water resources. Nonetheless, water for irrigation is only exceptionally extracted from the underground. Surface waters in the North are thus used essentially for irrigation, in general after an intensive development in the mountain reaches of river basins for hydropower generation. The hydropower network made out of some hundreds of reservoirs, interbasin transfers and by-passes, later transfers the water to downstream reservoirs intensely used for supplying the irrigation system, run by Reclamation Boards. LEBANON In 1983 FAO estimated that only 67, 000 ha of the cultivated 240, 000 ha were under perennial irrigation, 42, 000 ha of which are irrigated by surface water and 25000 ha by groundwater. In addition, 20, 000 ha are seasonally irrigated. Unfortunately, the increase in irrigated area during the last three decades followed as slow trend. MOROCCO Agriculture plays a very important role in the economic and social domains of Morocco as well. Moroccan agricultural production is characterized by rain-fed and irrigated farming. More than 84 percent of the total arable land is dry-land farming. Cereals and vegetables are the primary crops grown under dry-land agriculture. Irrigated farming has increased from 73, 000 hain 1953 to 1, 471, 797 ha in 1998. Irrigated land contributes about 45% of agricultural valueadded, employs about 33% of rural labor, and comprises about 75% of agricultural exports. Agriculture also accounts for 80% of total fresh-water consumption in Morocco. Mostfresh-water in Morocco comes from rainfall and melting snow collected by large dams. Waterfrom these dams is delivered by canal systems. Some areas have ground water supply tosupplement surface water. Surface water is regulated by nine regional agricultural development authorities. On a regular basis, or are simply uninformed. To help remedy this tragic situation, Doheny scientists are working on a point-of-service POS ; eye disease screening system for clinics and, eventually, for more accessible locations like pharmacies and shopping centers, where patients can undergo screening examinations at their convenience. Like automatic blood pressure measuring systems that are now common in many pharmacies, a POS eye disease screening device could be cost effective and available around the clock. Individuals would only have to approach the machine and look into a binocular viewfinder at the front of the device to obtain an image and a report indicating whether or not they should consult an eye doctor. Sheela and Puja talked about ordering typhoid in the name of the Rajneesh Medical Corporation R.M.C. ; from a lab somewhere in the United States. K.D. objected, pointing out that the typhoid cultures could possibly be traced back to the R.M.C. K.D. states Sheela told him not to be so paranoid and not to worry about the typhoid cultures being traced back to RMC. Puja favored using typhoid because it would cause a couple of weeks of fever. Sewage resources and systems in the West Bank IP 3 ; . The principles of Article 40 encompass sustainable use in the future, in quantity and quality IP 3.c ; . Further elaboration of the responsibility to protect resources and systems appears in IP 2124. The Agreement does not specify the size of the JWC, stating only that representation must be equal in number. The functions of the body are detailed in IP 12 and IP Schedule 8, and significantly, all new water development in the area under jurisdiction must receive approval from the JWC, starting from the planning stages onward IP 12 ; . All decisions are to be reached by consensus, including the agenda, its procedures, and other matters IP 14 ; . The Agreement also establishes enforcement arms of the JWC, termed ``Joint Supervision and Enforcement Teams'' JSETs ; , to be comprised of at least two members from each side, with costs shared equally IP Schedule 6 ; . The UN Convention calls for definition of the international watercourse to which the agreement applies, but neither the JordanIsraeli Treaty nor Oslo II includes definitions of the resources to which they apply. Each deals with specific elements of the regional water resources, and thusFby exclusionFleave any other parts which may be of interest to the two sides outside the scope of the agreement. E. Special Populations Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis JRA ; is one of the most common rheumatic diseases of childhood. The incidence of JRA varies from 2 to 22 per 100, 000 population.1, 2, 3 The American College of Rheumatology ACR ; criteria defines JRA as having three subtypes: pauci-articular, polyarticular and systemic type JRA. Study HWA486 1037, Study HWA486 3503 and Study HWA486 3504 selected polyarticular course JRA for investigation of the Disease Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drug DMARD ; , Arava Leflunomide ; . The reviewer notes that polyarticular course JRA reflects the JRA subtype most likely to be exposed to DMARD therapy and that most closely resembles adult rheumatoid arthritis, especially rheumatoid factor positive polyarticular JRA. The reviewer also concurs that individuals with systemic JRA are at greater risk for hepatotoxicity and or hematologic sequelae, specifically, disseminated intravascular coagulation DIC ; , and were, therefore, not included in these trials. What is Leflunomide Arava ; ? Leflunomide is an anti-inflammatory agent used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. It works by suppressing the blood cells that cause inflammation. The brand name for this medicine is Arava. How do I take it? Arava is taken once a day. The pills are 10 or 20-mg. each and the usual dose is 20 mgs. per day. Sometimes a patient is given a "loading dose" when first beginning this drug. This is a high dose 100-mg. ; over a short amount of time 3 days ; . Follow your doctor's directions. Do not take more or less medicine than ordered. This medicine can be taken with food. What else should I know? Arava may cause birth defects in the children of both men and women taking this drug. If you are pregnant or considering having a child, discuss this with your doctor before beginning this medication. Use of an effective form of birth control is critical throughout the course of this treatment and for months after it is stopped. Arava can cause mild liver irritation. Please tell you doctor if you have a history of any alcohol abuse, hepatitis, yellow jaundice, or liver disease. While on Arava you must limit yourself to 2 alcoholic beverages per week. Diarrhea may occur after starting medication but this generally is mild and goes away over time. You may take over the counter imodium or kaopectate. Notify your doctor if the diarrhea is severe or does not get better. Although Arava does not cause increased susceptibility to infections, your doctor may want to stop methotrexate if you develop a serious infection. Notify your doctor if you have signs or symptoms of an infection. When you are taking Arava, it is very important that your doctors know if you are taking any other medicine. This includes prescription and non-prescription medicines as well as birth control pills, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Instructions: Loading Dose: I will take Arava on , on , and. The Decapolis was originally a confederation of Greek cities forming a Hellenistic barrier against desert raids and Nabateans. These cities later were reorganized by Pompey and played a similar role as civilized, garrisoned settlements at the periphery of the Roman empire, enabling the Romans to put an end to desert raids and facilitating an outburst of commercial and agricultural activity after the 2nd century A.D. During this era, the Decapolis became Roman in character, achieved its zenith in growth and development, and was largely responsible for transferring Roman cultural influences to Transjordan. Ionides n. 9 above ; , p.4. 22. There is evidence of continuous deterioration of vegetation, soil, and water resources since the Roman period, resulting in a general lowering of the water table in parts of Jordan so that many springs have dried up. Water depths cited here reflect more recent measurements yet still correspond roughly to the depths of old qanat shafts. Thus, it appears that depth to groundwater in these shallower aquifer zones has dropped only slightly since Roman times, although depth to groundwater elsewhere certainly could have dropped more appreciably. All evidence of qanats here was erased from the surface in 1975, in preparation for building the East Ghor canal, so the earlier report is likely valid. 24. Hillel asserts that "a thorough investigation of both sides of the Arava Valley will reveal many more [qanats] than are known at the present." Evenari, Shanan, and Tadmor p. 178 ; says that many qanat systems dot the Arava Valley on the "western Israeli ; side of the Arava, as well as the eastern flank, which is in Jordanian territory and could obviously not be surveyed by us." This begs the question of how they could know there are qanats on the east bank of the Arava Valley and found no qanats. Burrows and Speiser surveyed both sides of the Arava Valley in 1935, when the area was still under British control. They, too, found qanats on the west bank of the valley but having a "conduit" that carried water to a birkeh pool ; near the caravanserai, situated at the mouth of the wadi. I field-checked this site in 1994 and found no evidence of a qanats at Gharandel, which is now a Jordanian Army post. 26. Burrows and Speiser 27. Hillel, pp. 177-78.
